Do not shop here!!! The the shop keepers are dishonest. The first time I went I gave a £20 note and was given change of £10. After challenging the member of staff I was given the correct change. The man behind the counter clearly knew it was a £20 I gave him. Last night I took a bottle of Pepsi Max priced at £1.49 and they tried to charge me £1.69. When I again challenged the server he then charged me the correct price but seemed annoyed that he had been caught out.
I am very angry at this. It pure dishonesty and I wonder how many tourists who are not familiar with the currency have been robbed.
Do not use this shop!!!!!

Charged me more than the price on their labels shown and then refused me a refund. They shouted at me also. Very upsetting and confusing! But other reviews seem to report similar experience- unsure if the store is a scam or a front.

This was the worst place I have ever been to. I went here to buy vaping pens and this was advertised as 2 for £10 however when I left the store I saw a charge of £15 on my card. So I went back and asked them why and they said that the price is £8.99 each. Baring in mind that before paying I had asked them to make sure that it was 2 for £10. The lady who served me refused to give me the money back or an extra vapping pen. Very poor customer service and also had the nerve to tell me that I can complain once I was exiting the store. How dare you speak to a customer like this.

Staff are so so rude. Everything is stupidly overpriced. Packet of biscuits labelled £1.65 and they charge £2.99!! While they’re pricing up they chat in their own language, pointing at different items you’ve got and it makes you feel like they’re ripping you off! My mum kindly asked for a receipt and got hurls of abuse, the man raised his voice at my mum while there were other shoppers in the store too. Definitely AVOID going here.

Avoid like you would the bubonic plague.
They blame customers for problems with their till, money was taken from bank account. They then threatened me physically, four of them one of me... What am I going to do except leave a nice review for them 😜

Absolute rip off, when it comes to alchol they are at least £1-2 more expensive than most shops and when buying spirits just don't waste your time
