Very rude!!!!went to pick up my parcel with a proof from DPD,they said they never received!!!I have a picture!!!do not send anything there!!

I've been using this store for many years. Always helpful, always friendly . If anything is out of stock ,they will make a note and do their best to ensure its there next time I come in. Not just me either. Very popular Manager who is fair but firm and seeks to look after neighbours ,by not having customers being noisy outside. A multitude of services available and I hope they are there for many more years to come. .

I wrote an earlier review yesterday compaining about how this place wasn't open when Google said it was - so in the interests of balance I'm going to write about what happened today.
I was there to do a Western Union transfer this morning - the guy there was on his own as his colleague was late coming in. Despite seeming to be very busy with lots of people coming in and out wanting to be served, he managed to keep it all together and get my transaction sorted without getting flustered and remained friendly and calm. I suppose some might say that's his job, but when I read the various reviews complaining about rudeness I just want to say - that's not what I found. So credit where it's due!

Avoidddd if you're dropping anything for returns. They lost my parcel :/
