Co-op Food - Harlington High Street

Desapointed today, I was paying for my good and a bag of chocolates that was in the shell for £1 in offer the lady at the counter said to me it was a full price!!! And left me in the counter and when and removed the rest of them because it was allocated wrong place and wrong price, when she back, she didn’t even asked me if I did what it? She didn’t not even add pack and left me thinking should could ask me though.

Post office always busy and this 2 womans (one afri and one asin)who work there very unprofessional rude and they both charge extra for parcel.
My parcel was very light and small but still she charge extra price.
Shop always busy and expensive near no outher shop that why i need to go there.

No social distancing in force,spoke to the post mistress and she told me COVID won’t kill you god will. Then I asked store people if they would enforce distances rules they told me you do it we aren’t. I asked them if money’s more important than people’s lives and they said yes

Not sure what has happened but I’ve had many a bad experience in their over the last year which has led me to write this review.

Not only are the 2 ladies in the post office the most miserable, unhappy, slowest and abrupt ladies I’ve ever encountered in retail. The actual Co-op has lost any appeal it once had.

You can’t get through the aisles easily for stock, empty packaging on trolleys and wet floors!!!. It’s actually becoming a health hazard. The shelf’s are so empty you can now see the dust/dirt on the shelves due to the lack of stock.

And then Once you get to the till….you have to listen to ladies arguing with each other or watch in amazement as they process your purchase and transaction without any acknowledgement or interaction at all. Nothing!!! The exception here is a lady called Magdelana who anytime she is there when I am, makes me smile. The most loveliest of ladies always so nice no matter how long the que is 😬.
Thank you Magdelana, I only hope your lovely ways and traits rub off on your colleagues.

Lovely convenience store located in Harlington, wide selection of food and drink to choose from. I brought chicken breast meat from here and the quality was excellent, very impressed. I order alcoholic drinks from here, delivery is always speedy. Highly recommend this convenience store to anyone in the local area

I am a regular customer at this store. Usually I am very happy with their customer service. However, recently I have noticed that one of the team member was arranging the pastries section with her bare hands. I love to have nice fresh croissant in the morning but this puts me off.

Worst co-op ever. refused to give me co-op meal deal items/ appropriate prices.

Ordered from Co-Op to have it delivered on the same day , disgraceful service. Over half the items didn't arrive and I wasn't informed of this prior and was charged. The driver had no clue what was going on and didn't bother checking the receipt. Wouldn't order / buy again.
