I have noticed every time I enter the intercom warns people from stealing. I’m usually the only one who wears a mask. At first I thought I was being paranoid but I went back few more times just to check.and yes it happens EVERY SINGLE TIME ! This co op is the only shop near me that I can get gluten free items. Do they think people wearing masks will steal? Confused customer

Yet another complaint about the racist Asian lady who is still working here! Extremely rude! Accused my 13 year old daughter of stealing when I allowed her to go to the shop alone! with no proof! Embarrassed her in front of several people in the shop and did not apologise when my daughter proved that she had paid for the items! My daughter came home very upset! Absolutely Disgusting co-op you need to do better!

Absolutely hate this store, I'd give them 0 stars if I could. Extremely rude staff - one member literally ran a cage into me and only apologised when I confronted him about it.

They scan your items if you pay cash, scan it at top speed, demand your money whilst your fiddling with all the bags.

It's an absolute state every time you go in. Oh and then there's the constant messages about stealing oh the intercom. You have security.. if you have to have an announcement all of the time to deter stealing, maybe hey another company to look after your store.

Always out of stock on the basics, messy store… you’d think this was a family business because they only seem to recruit Asians, from the security staff to store manager. Considering previous reviews, @Co-op doesn’t seem to be addressing the issues highlighted.

Simple short story: I was struggling during my shopping, Harry came and help me. He made my day.

Also good to pick up a few bits in between our big shop. However recently it feels like the shelves are bare.

I won't shop here. EVER AGAIN! It's a racist dream. I'm made to feel like a criminal even when I don't take the receipt to save the trees. The Asian lady is very rude and treats all in this community as thevies. Get rid of her! The nice security man I think has left I would say hello to him but that woman is horrible. Its horrible to see how she treats people. She needs to go!
