Same experience as the other customers with one star. Went to drop off a DHL package, Harry said it needs to be sealed (but DHL instructions ask for it to be left open so the pickup guy can confirm the docs and then seal it), he charged me £1 to seal it but Left the return documents outside!!! I said please put the docs inside as it is my proof of return and he resisted at first, then said "I was just testing you". I am without words. It's simply a waste of time, just go to a Ryman's that is nearby in Queensway they have more professional staff there.

Very rude owner. Unfortunately my UPS parcel got delivered in this store as I was not home to sign for it, pretty bad service experience once I went to collect it. Rude rude rude customer service, to avoid!

Ok first I will start with my experience in getting my parcels delivered.
There has been not even a single situation my parcel was missed or I have face any problem in collecting it. Instead I was been advised in such a way that I never make a mistake in dropping off or collecting the Parcels.
It's absolutely the best access point I have been in all over london.And then comes to my daily need which I need to come here to top up my electricity and gas which was done in seconds!!!
And also the most important thing is the oyster card for my travels around London
One thing I would conculed to tell that it's that it's a one stop for evrything
I would recommend it absolutely perfectly sure!!!

Harry has served the area for decades in his small shop - a lovely man running his own business. Delightful service to the community -

AVOID this newsagent shop and pick up point!!! Extremely rude customer service and owner, charged me a random extra fee for no reason just so that I could collect my parcels. No receipt given or record, avoid at all costs.

They lost my dhl parcel and would avoid giving any info saying its due to post office strike when the strike was with royal mail not them horrible and rude

Very friendly service and a trusted member of the local community. Great selection of food and drinks at a very reasonable price; often cheaper than the supermarkets around here! And great to be able to pick up my parcels and pay my bills using the PayPoint at the shop. Thanks Harry!
