I was sending off my Amazon parcel out it was dealt with very fast and efficient, with also friendly customer service. Highly recommend anyone to come here.

Came to collect my eBay parcel from the store. And the store owner refused to hand over my parcel due to a scanning issue. After speaking with eBay about the issue. They suggested to the manger that if I could provide proof of my ID or take the barcode off the parcel and scan later I could take my parcel, however he still refused... DO NOT HAVE PARCELS DELIVERED HERE!! Absolutely poor service and rude manager.

I went here this morning to collect three parcels. Excellent service. The guy in the shop was very friendly, polite and efficient. I got my parcels easily and quickly. No hassle or drama, excellent customer service. I highly recommend this collect+ shop.
