Getting more and more expensive. Be aware of "pricing" by eye, today i bought paprika (peppers) , pricetag on the shelf £3,7/kg, at the till £6,99, also be aware of missing pricetags for many products and then they charge you fortune. Spicy green paprika at the price of £0,89 per PIECE is a rip off.

Have purchased cakes from this shop yesterday morning for a party and one of the cakes when we have cut it was mouldy inside. Absolute disgrace so much money spent for mouldy food.

Very rude customer service , i was walking around the shop and when i stopped at the Christmas sweets, straight one of the staff came here and started to stock in front of me , how rude is that? Let the customer look around!! DO NOT BUY from this shop. Yesterday I purchased pork meat from Kubus and myself, my mum, my sister had food poisoning and we spent all night running to the toilet. Kubus had a meat tasting in the shop and offered to try fresh meat. But the meat they have sold to me was out of date and with a smell. So they had degustation in the shop because they wanted to get rid of expired meat. And it was not cheap either. DO NOT trust this shop, how dare they poison their customers.

This shop's hard working staff have been amazing, yet again I managed to get all my traditional Polish Xmas supplies last minute today Ill with Covid at the till or not : they are not giving up ! Dziękuję, że jesteście ❤👏💪

First time that i visit the store and for sure was the last one!! Extremely rude staff and bad service specially a small lady with black hair and blue eyes and one blonde lady. Very dissatisfied with this store.
