Don’t bother using their Evri service unless your QR code definitely works (which mine never does). Twice I’ve needed to input details manually and when I go to pay the machine is not working - reading ‘card reader not online’. Both times this has happened the workers have been useless and not bothered to even check the machine to try and fix the card reader leaving me unable to post items.
