I have given a 5star rating as I love the local co-op. It's very clean which is I think essential at the moment with covid. Also the shelves are always well stocked with lots of choice too. The staff have all been very helpful and polite which is always nice.

I like this co op. Spacious, calm with good products. It's very accessible for everyone including shoppers with mobility needs. The staff are clearly from diverse backgrounds and helpful. It might not have the choice and sheen of say Sainsbury's near by but it has all the main staples including fair trade and some organic items if you like that. Meat etc all UK origin with the tractor symbol. A nice range of breads, wines, beers all at decent prices and lots of end of aisle discounts. Opening hours good. Have online and deliveries without massive queues. You can also get your passport photos here and there is a community notice board which us always interesting. Plenty of parking and access to nearby independent shops. Downside is parking not free after 30 mins, too much plastic packaging, and the home baking section is quite restricted. Background music is great and often find myself bopping along the aisle! 😀😀

Really love the local Co-Op. Extremely good value for money, some great offers and really clean which a plus factor given the times we are living in. The staff have all been really friendly aswell, was having a real good chat with one of the cashiers tonight which can make somebody's day at the moment. So thank you Co-Op and keep up the good work.

Love the coop, popped in for some potatoes to go with dinner and raspberries (to go with breakfast!) Very damp day performing as a very tall juggler and cyclist in Worcester City centre all day! Potato's now nearly cooked in my oven and I am now warm and dry! 🧡

The delivery service is fantastic. First time using due to self isolation and its quick, reliable, on time, the tracking is great and the doorstep manner of both delivery drivers I've had had been perfect.

Having decided to shop a few essentials . I asked a male shop assistant who was in the frozen aisle " do you sell lasagne?" He replied quite abruptly "yea " and walked off. Not the greatest of representative for COOP.
Also staff allowed a male not wearing a mask to be sat eating food by the checkouts.
Not the greatest experience from a national food chain.

Last week we did our usual shoping in St. John’s Co-op. Both of us felt a bit down, with everything that’s going around, but tried to keep a smile. The “ olderstaff” dare I say, .. greeted us with a smile. We didn’t have to wait our turn long, and we were greeted with a lovely smile from a younger member of your staff, Amelia, She was cheerful with a light chatter as she whizzed our things through. Looking forward to seeing her again. Think-you, Amelia , We felt much more cheerful when we went home.

It is the strangest supermarket. Expect to have to queue as, most times, you can only get served at the cigarette counter....it has the sense of a ship without a captain.
