Small not a huge choice of item's. I have had problems with staff and had to complain unfortunately. Coop were very helpful and sorted it out they seem to have got rid of a lot of bad staff and over the last year I've seen big improvements.

Very convenient store for those little bits that we often run out of serviced by a friendly team. (Especially the lady behind the counter)

One thing though, I do have a theory that every single bottle that contains CO2/ Gas/ Sodawater/ Prosecco and the like is being delivered by a Jack Hammer... in the last 6 months I’ve not bought a bottle of Sodawater or Coke or Prosecco that hasn’t exploded when opened. (I live across the road) Leaving my kitchen a mess and half of the contents missing.
Why is this happening?!

Please make a plan, as my irritation with it is now rife. Look forward to hearing from you.

Besides that, keep up the good work.

It is a very convenient shop, most of the staff are very friendly and helpful. However, I go there less often due to them playing loud music and they seem to never have cat litter, occasionally I get lucky to find one. The other issue is that the staff should not be smoking next to the shop entrance door, it is not great for the store advertisement. I go to Tesco instead as I find the staff there provide more effective customer service and serves fast without having to stand waiting for someone to notice you.

Great hours, quality has been consistent, selection good for such a small shop.

Members of staff were treated appallingly by your manager in charge, I believe either the general manager or the staff manager of the store.
When visiting London and the store, I popped in to get a quick drink. Whilst in the store I saw an older member of staff being treated appallingly, being asked to do things she didn't seem physically able, such as moving large heavy carts/metal cages. She seemed physically exhausted but straight away a manager can over and asked her to go on the tills, but to finish what she was doing first. There were other members of staff around. This was upon entering the store. By the time I got to the tills she was already on the tills, she seemed exhausted and over worked and honestly so nervous of the manager. I
I would say this woman is in her 50's, short-ish hair, quite small.
I understand that you employ people to do a job, but when you can see someone physically struggling and demanding more of them is absolutely disgusting, they are not your dogs to treat as you will. If those people are damaged from your brutal work it will be at your hands, simply because you seem to have an incompetent manager who doesn't seem able to delegate effectively. From the looks of it I assume this behavior is accepted. I hope the employee finds better employment and you take a serious look at your management.
Before you are heaven forbid caught out for being ageist and possibly sexist. And if there are already complaints regarding this I would have to assume that CO-OP are complaint with this behavior from your managers, and maybe even train them to be so.
I hope you manager to re train this manager and find the member of staff I am speaking of. I will be visiting the store again in a week or so, and will hopefully get footage if anything such as this happens again.

Not even one star. Zero customer service. No one is on the counter - you have to walk around the store to get someone to serve you. Always lacking stock. The staff are rude; they don’t greet or thank you. Crack a smile people.

Poor service, limited options, food isn't fresh but price it as if fresh. Prefer the Tesco.

Just nearby Arsenal Stadium. It's good that it's here because no other shop round here like small Tesco or Sainsbury's.
