Always great service but Nishita in particular is fantastic, I left a bag at the till and nearly two weeks later she remembered who's it was a gave it back to me the next time I visited, what fantastic customer service! Thank you.

I am always very happy with this shop - staff are helpful and there is a wide range of stock available.

A little busy, tills could have more staff. However it's a small store with limited staff. Perhaps, more staff should be available at busy times. For example rush hours as Stoneleigh Station is so close. For convenience great. Food tasty and not unreasonably priced.

Rude, miserable and untrained staff in the evening. Dont have ANYTHING delivered by DPD to this store.

I am very local, I normally pop into Sainsburys because its brighter, better laid out and neater. On this occassion I had a Fortum and Mason Hamper delivered there by DPD. Rega kept on serving people mid way her search for my item. That took 10/15 mins. Then i was unable to get my barcode up. The evening manager which had an strong indian accent was so RUDE it was beyond belief. I wanted his help.
I wish I had taken his name down. This man should be sacked. He was dismissive, abrupt and didnt want to help and does not have an ounce of customer service skills. He told me come tomorrow with his back to me. I told him he was a rude man and he replied "Yer".
When Rega got my parcel she held it up wonky- it cleary says.. Treat with Care.
I encountered an awful experience. (Pick up of parcel at 7.30pm on 8th Dec 2022)

My local supermarket and has a large selection of produce.

Not the cheapest but has parking outside which is a bonus.
