Co-op Food - Shepherds Bush

Just bought a reduced cheese cake today
Got home and found it was dated 3rd Nov 2 019
Took it back and asked why did they not check it was expired since last week
Clearly it was as bold to see
But I just picked it up as it was in the reduced section
Wont go there again .
Won't be surprised if they put a sticker over the date to re sell

I've been coming to this shop for 6 years as I only live 2 minutes away. Ive only recently felt discriminated against whilst shopping; I am always being followed by security and I once got told to empty my bags to check if I took something that wasn't on my receipt. I literally felt soo embarrassed and hurt as mentioned I've been shopping here with my daughter for 6yrs. It's very disappointing how horrible the customer service has changed!!

Staff are very nice and friendly specially Maryam,she try to help everyone. She wipes all the self check out in every five minutes with antibacterial wipes to keep everyonesafe. Wish I would give 1* extra to her. All 5* goes to her.

So amidst the COVID-19 crisis it seems these guys are exempt from the social distancing... Started off well with a security guard on the door, limiting people accessing the store to keep up with the current requirements.

Now there is no guard on the door, about 20 people in the wee shop, and no regards for enforcing the distancing during queuing and corraling us to use self service machines that are right beside each other (not even half a metre apart) .

Can we get back to the way you were last week please? For your own safety and ours.

My wife and I find the staff at this store remarkably friendly and helpful especially as not all their customers are super polite. They also do a good job of stocking a small store (better than the Tesco down the road)

I been there to cash in a scratch card and a employee lied to me the machine doesn't work and she keept the money ..please avoid

I have been using this store with my mother for the past 10+ years and have never had an issue, however the store manager has told my mother she has been banned yet provided no reasoning or proof of behaviour that would justify him to do so, one of the employees also lied that she has never seen either my mother or myself. Disgusting treatment of a long time customer

I am disgusted with this shop and their lying staff apparently I am banned for 3 years for something I haven't done and have written to faizel head office complaining about this I have used this shop for over 30 years and never been treated so disrespected so shamefully
