Rudest shop keeper ever !! Carried a large parcel to the shop.. the ma behind the counter literally shooed me out with his had, didnt look at me once and just said "no, tomorrow" and would no accept the parcel I was returning via collect+. I explained I couldnt come back tomorrow and had walked some distance carrying the parcel, he didnt care was just extremely rude and shooed me out of his shop. My partner also had a similar experience

DO NOT USE FOR COLLECT PLUS. The woman working there had no idea whats happening around her, she didnt know how to use measuring tape! I went to post off my parcel and she was stating she cannot accept parcel bigger than 50cm x 30cm x 30xm because she doesnt have space. She was very rude. I asked her for measuring tape and explained parcel was barely 30x20x20. She got the tape and although it was way less than required by her own policy, she said she is not going to accept it. She was too busy talking to her friend to even apologise. I made a bit of a fuss but she literally asked me to go away!! So I did and I am sending an angry email to collect plus now. Hopefully they stop their relationship with this place!! Management should really look into this.

Do not use this place for returning items on click and collect. I tried to return my parcel from amazon three times with the same excuse each time that the machine had stopped working. Funny thing is that before my third attempt of returning the parcel i collected an asos package that uses the same machine!

No point using for collect plus. They refused to accept my parcel from the courier 3 times so it's now been returned to the online shop I bought from.

Like other reviewers on here I have experienced issues regarding parcel services that they purportedly offer but transpires they don’t. Had a delivery due to here via Collect plus which was repeatedly turned away until it went back to the sender who then resent it & same thing happened again. I don’t know why they have signed up to offer this service if they quite clearly don’t want to offer it. Have raised this with Collect plus too so others hopefully won’t have the hassle. If I could award zero stars I would.

I ordered through ASOS and Collect+ . Firstly they refused the deliver by ASOS so I had to wait for a refund and then re-order my items to another Hermes partner. Annoyingly the return sticker was Collect+ so I was forced to go back to MJM who then refused to take the parcel. The woman was very rude and even when I spoke to Collect+ in the store she refused to take the parcel. Collect+ will be getting a formal letter of complaint asking them not to use MJM as a partner store as they clearly cannot or will not honour the service .

Somehow, I am glad to hear that also more people have experienced such a bad costumer service in this place, I will not go back anymore, and I hope they stop that service they are never able to provide. 2 times in my case. Hopefully, Collect + will stop using that place soon.

Either this shop has the most unreliable Collect+ terminal in London with seemingly no ability to access technical support, or they just lie and say the machine is broken if they don’t like the look of you or the parcel you are trying to drop off. This has now happened to me on two separate occasions, and looking at the other reviews I am not alone. Next time I won’t even bother trying. If you don’t want to handle parcels then don’t say you provide the service.
