Am2pm Convenience Store

I wanted to drop a Hermes parcel as they are a drop off place. The guy behind the counter says they can’t accept parcels.... until Monday. (Store is too small to hold parcels). Why even bother?

This store is listed as a Hermes parcel drop off partner and has had an apparently broken scanner/printer for months. Previous time claimed it was going to get fixed. Should be taken off Hermes list.

There’s another Hermes drop off point down Brick Lane - Best One. These guys really are the worst. They say the Hermes machine is broken when they don’t want to take any parcels (at the weekend).

Regardless who is behind the till, they’re all rude. Have been shouted at in the past. Avoid.

They used to be decent before they took prices off everything and started charging extortionate prices. Insulting considering I've been going for 10 years.

Agreeing with other reviews here that if you try and drop off a Hermes parcel on the weekend they will lie in your face and say their scanner isn’t working.

I challenged them on this and they eventually confessed they just don’t want to take parcels on the weekend.

I would suggest taking your custom somewhere else to a shop with nicer staff. Best One further down brick lane are great.

Avoid this shop for parcel drop-off, they will send you back and forth and refuse to take your parcel
