Co-op Food - Lee - 25-31 Burnt Ash Hill

Average co-op. Never had any issues with the staff, food and products are co op prices but to be expected. shelves are normally stocked well enough.

Here I was thinking I was the only person complaining about someone called 'jeya r' but someone has beaten me to it. This nasty woman snatched my item from my hand when I asked about the price which I chose to ignore because the store was closing. She didn't give me my receipt then when I asked for it and held my hand out she put it on the table and made me reach out for it. Why was that necessary? She was rushing me like she had no time left at all to deal with people then proceeded to let someone else into the store!! Disgusting attitude from this woman. It's clear that probably all the bad reviews are about the customer service in this store yet nothing has been done. They've officially lost yet another customer because of this now. Bye.

You seriously need a change of staff at this store or people will keep leaving and never coming back. There are other shops/supermarkets not too far from this place and you will most likely lose all your customers to those competitors with friendlier and more pleasant staff.

No bottled water in today. Asked staff unpacking freezer stock about a delivery later & lady then talks to her colleague on the headset in Tamil but about a separate matter. Then nothing. Still not answering my question. Still bad customer service in this particular co-op. Rang few hours later to see if water came in a later delivery but no one is answering the phone. Hope it's not a wasted trip when I have to go there.

Small Indian woman with glasses who work in Lee COOP shouldn't work in shop like this. I never see anyone more rude and unhappy at work like this woman. Horrible attitude. I will right to COOP central about her.

Terrible say the shop should be open at 7 am some reason its still closed at 7:45 am , ridiculous.

Horrible customer service skills for a sales assistant called Jeya I believe. She was rude, unfriendly and unhelpful in every way. When dealing with my lottery enquiries. She looked at me like I had bo clue what I am doing. Made me feel very upset and has led to me writing this. She then after dealing with my request, after scanning my items. She forgot to charge me. It wasn't until I said can I pay that She remember. Co-op lee sort it out! You don't wanna lose customers and money

Abit pricier than the local big supermarket. Very small selection of goods. Often understaffed (not the staff's fault). You pay more for the convenience I guess.
