I came to pick up my parcel today and the store was not open even though it is supposed to be till 11am on Saturdays. I will be back on Monday to pick it up

Really friendly and helpful, on more than one occasion

I used to work across the road from this wonderful newsagent and general store. A visit to see Diptesh Patel and his parents always uplifted my day. This message, written on a whiteboard propped outside the shop one snowy day by Mr Patel senior, then in his late 70s, and photographed by me nine years ago resurfaced in my Facebook 'memories' today! It sums up the spirit and value the Patels bring to their community.

These people are arrogant and rude, worst business I've ever seen. I will never give them money again.
