Bit unhappy that I couldn't get a gift card recently. Cash only, then the last card on the shelf wouldn't work.. ended up buying my friend an M&S card in the end.. Sounds like a moan but other than that a nice shop!

5 stars for all the bakery staff, always lovely. Rest of staff are mediocre in comparison. I think they could take a tip or two from the bakery staff. Also the choice of music isn't the best whenever I shop in the store, how about putting on something classic such as Thy Art Is Murders hit single - Reign of darkness.

Convenient, good range of products. Their fresh food range is quality. Delivery service is really great... Reliable and prompt (and cheap 😊) Nice staff too

I walked in here. Pulled my phone out to log into the free wi-fi. Walked around a little bit looking at my phone then an announcement was played over the tannoy warning customers about cctv in store. I left before I was accused of something.

Went in store to buy some cigarettes and I got id’d so I hand my id over and she said she can’t serve me even though I have a valid 18 driver’s license, so I ask why she can’t serve me and she kept saying get out the store not even explaining why? Do not shop here!

When it was scary shopping over lockdown they would get my food order ready and pass it out to me in the car park round the back. I will always shop here and will not forget their kindness during dark times. Also love the fairtrade and ethical products and truly irresistible meals are fab. Their whole chickens are amazing and I love their sausages.
