Use this co-op often staff are not polite many times more than 5 people in the queue with one on tills and other staff wondering around ask politely if anyone else to go on the tills and you get a look of thunder from the ladies that work here.

Avoid using this Coop post office for Amazon pick up. This is often only one staff at the counter. Use the other coop store at the other end of Pitshanger Lane unless you are happy to wait for 30 minutes plus to pick up your amazon order.

Visited post office and the food sections this morning at 11.30 am. Where are all the friendly staff. Met with dismissiveness from young man at postal counter and again by the young man on the till. They need customer service training asap. Not the norm I have to say. Come back the friendly engaging staff!!!
