We sent an item to this shop which is used by Hermes as a drop location, the item was delivered to them as confirmed by Hermes, but they say it wasnt and the customer cant get their item. AVOID USING THEM FOR DELIVERIES.

The Indian owner who works there is very cheeky and dodgy guy. I lost 2 of my parcels there as he said there was not delivery there.Hermes clearly indicated that it was delivery and his signature as evidence.he denied all of it.Another delivery was by royal mail and the same story.DO NOT EVEN try to select his shop as collect plus option.
