The Co-operative Food

Very nice Co-op. Lots of choice and the usual good prices from them as well. Cash machine, coffee machine, deli, magazines, fresh vegetables, booze, bakery, toiletries and all the other usual stuff. Friendly staff with two self service checkouts. The only negative is the aisles are very narrow.

I can't count how many times I have come to this co op and it has been closed before its meant to be. Its currently 9:22, Google says it should be open until 10pm. If there was a closer shop near me I would use it

Shopis unable to stock properly. Very small anyway but you will never find the two things that you need. Staffed with people from oyher shops so.noone has a clue what it sells and how much of.

This store advertises closes at 10pm but in fact the staff close this shop much earlier 9.30 or before, every time I’ve rushed to get their by 9.45pm there are closed. Staff are not friendly at all. The store needs a reshuffle new staff and to stay open until 10pm.

This store on homesdale road Bromley is absolutely ridiculous. They shut at 8:30 9 o’clock where it should be open to 10 pm when you finally spoke to someone the rude and unhelpful attitude.. terrible service and always people waiting outside that can not understand what is happening. Terrible. Customer service needs investigating.

Customer service non existent. Unhelpful and unfriendly staff almost intimidating at times. Seems to open late and close early. Not what I remembered the Co-op to be like. Card only payment, refused to take cash and self serve only. Prices are a joke. Worth walking 2 minutes down the road to the Costcutter.

Limited stock, twice now I have arrived half an hour before closing to find the store already locked up for the night.

Very pricey and will close at random hours, way earlier than 11pm.
Staff unhelpful at times, listening to music or on their phones. It is a shame because it could be a great little convenience store with little competition.
