SKT XPRESS & POST OFFICE

Post office staff at the actual post office are lovely, the man who owns the shop however is not. He is always on his phone, isn't helpful in anyway and is incredibly rude. Cash machine isn't maintained regularly and when you tell him, he says that you lie.

Incorrect contact number above. My experience is who ever answered could not communicate good English enough to say... "No this is the wrong number, but I can give you the correct number if you would like". Instead it went...
Me: Hello is this the post office?
Him: 0208
Me: Is this the Post Office?
Him: 0208
Me: What?
He hangs up the phone.
I call again is the same behaviour until.
Me: Is this the Post Office number or not? Yes or no!!
Him: I give you the number. NO is not.
Me: So why you couldn't say that in the first place?
He hung up. Again. So you see the telephone number advertised for the above Post office is incorrect. I will walk myself the half mile to ask the question I wanted to know to the said PO in order to save anymore confusion & hard work of communicating with people via telephone who don't know how to communicate properly.

1 star is too much ,I didn't had option to put 0 stars. So I was there to send money with money gram,was lots of ppls there and I had to wait around 15 20 minutes,after I completed that paper with all informations for transfer she told me to wait bcz she have to resolve all clients then she will send my money so I would have to wait AGAIN IS NOT ACCEPTABLE...after I had some time wasted there. Really I do not recomand, and I'll take care my complain to arrive at right person.

In the corner of a pretty dilapidated shop you'll find the most friendly and committed staff. Exceptional!

Friendly staff always happy to help and attend.

The staff are friendly, polite and helpful especially as I was using clutches. They made me feel welcome.
