Meal deal price advertised throughout store, discount not applied at till and staff apparently cannot override to apply the correct price.

Handy for refreshments to take on train journeys. Sandwiches, fresh fruit, drinks and snacks. Other general household shopping items you may need are also available. There are a number of self service tills to allow for a quick payment experience and generally you don't have to queue for long.

Huge thanks to Shuhul for getting me a basket upon seeing me with far too many Percy pig and Colin Caterpillar items that I couldnt possibly carry. Had a laugh with him and co workers.. Started my day on a great note. Thank you .

Why is it that whenever I go to this M&S for a meal deal lunch (since I work nearby), what I choose is never a meal deal (and always with the vegan options)? I get to the pay point and it's never a meal deal. I'm so sick of how things are mislabeled. I'm not going back (and I buy lunch almost every day). I'm done.

Staff need training on labelling shelves. Shambles. Sainsburys next door is cheaper anyway

Limited choice of food, could be more - plenty of space but not used very well. The entrance area is almost empty, they could put shelves there. Also store is too dark and needs better lighting. Till areas very cramped, again they should use the space better.
