Excellent family business always friendly service and always has time to chat, conveinient when you need something but dont want to travel and wait for a long time in a supermarket., Great for parcel drop offs and collection and a local cash machine always comes in handy.

We stored our luggage at the shop while we went to a concert at Wembley stadium. Very kind people who helped us amazingly well 😀 Everything went very smooth, despite the very busy moment when we retrieved our things.

Please stay away from this place, rude staff will deny all your requests. This store cannot take responsibility for returns and shipments. The clerk deceived me many times and refused me to return the courier five times! This store should be judged by hell.

I used this shop to send my parcel. On my first visit I was attended to by a female staff with beautiful smile, provided excellent customer service. On my secound visit the husband was a little abrupt and aggressive in his body language in my opinion, but today the wife was there who again acknowledged me with a smile and excellent customer service. I was also allowed to let my expensive bike/aid in with me, thankyou.

I always come here for snacks, the employees are always great. Today I used there Yodel drop off service, they were so quick and knowledgeable, super helpful. So great to have them in the community

The vapes here are not authentic, taste completely different and are way above the price range. Wouldn't recommend for smoking products

Rude customer service. Lady behind the counter on Tues 20th Dec makes you stand there and wait for up to 5 minutes and doesn't even acknowledge you (despite seeing you!) while she carries on a conversation to a friend on the phone about food/a party she is attending. Most shocking customer service even for a small convenience store.

In addition, Collect+ packages are poorly stored and you are told to just leave packages on the floor in the store where anyone can walk past them, which presents a huge risk. I'd urge Collect+ to remove this store as a collection/delivery store or for the staff to rectify their package storing facilities AND customer service offering as they clearly have no respect or regard for their customers. If you want to talk on the phone to your friends all day and ignore customers then perhaps don't work in a store where customers need your help.
