After trying to purchase an item from this store, a short man behind the counter with short black hair referred to me with numerous racial slurs, in the presence of my father, a Pakistani man.

The man swore at us, and called us both Pakis. I am unsure what actions provoked this behaviour but it is disgusting and should not be tolerated. Avoid at all costs as the individual described is racist and disrespectful.

I have been going to this shop for a long time, and there are two other gentlemen, both tall, with glasses, who are very respectful and polite. It appears the racist individual is a new member of staff.

Excellent customer service, especially the short Indian man. He takes me to the corner of the shop and gives me a free massage

If you need to return stuff with hermes, the printer is not working here and nobody will let you know about that. So save your time and avoid it. Also shop owners seem not to care about customers at all.

Staff members are so rude and I'm not the only one who thinks so. It was my first and last time visiting this shop. As someone who is new to having parcels delivered to pickup point, I asked if I can collect my parcel. The shopkeeper just mumbles and points to the corner where they have unsafely stacked a bunch of parcels and can easily be stolen. I collect my parcel and leave thinking that's it since he didn't give me any instructions. He angrily calls me back and I return since I clock that maybe I did the process wrong. He again without speaking slearky gets frustrated at me who is there for the first time and keeps repeating "scan ID". YOU CAN'T SCAN ID. So naturally I was confused as to what I was saying and gave him my parcel and showed him ID to collect my parcel and he let's me leave. He gave me constant attitude and absolutely rude behaviour for someone who didn't even give me clear instructions. I've never had to deal with such bad customer service at a parcel shop and will never be returning. I left the shop saying "well its my first time here so you could've said it nicely" and he just scoffs and continuesbto serve others. Felt so disrespected since there were other customers around and I am not one to make a scene. I'm only writing this review because of how rude they were, which is something I almost never do. I hope you take my experience as a warning to not go to that shop.

Extremely poor service, all of their shop Keepers are ill mannered and the shop environment is really horrible. You can see rat traps under their freezer, I have never bought anything from this shop due to this. I only use the Hermes service but they create different issues every day - one day they will say the scanner is not working and I'll have to go all the way to another shop and another day they'll say "why did you give two parcels together, I'm not going to take the parcels". They treat everyone as if they are their employees. They have no knowledge nor do they care about British values. If it were possible, I would give this shop a -1 star rating because even a one star rating is too high for this place. I am absolutely disgusted at this shop and their behaviour, it is completely unacceptable and i wouldn't recommend it at all.

This is one of the most horrible shop's I know of in Ilford.
Avoid going to this shop!
Over crowded, too much stock all over the place!
Can't even walk without feeling like you will trip over the big water bottles in the already tiny walk way. Disgusting setting of the shop!
Now to the shop owners/staff:
HORRIBLE MEN WITH NO IDEA OF WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS!
A short man who serves doesn't know how to talk, he 'shouts' at his customers rather than even try and be helpful in anyway.
They are not interested in even trying to help out, especially the short man.
The whole place is horrible. I with there was another local place to me that I have to go to this place to send my parcels.
Anytime their parcel service machine doesn't work, the guy just shouts and looks as though it makes no difference to him how people come in and waste their time. His whole body language is 'get lost, I don't care!'
I can't bare this shop!
Each time I go here, I think I will trip up over everything so badly placed on the floor. Someone please go to the shop and tell the owner/staff to go to some kind of customer service training as well as to how to set up a shop!

I only use this shop for Hermes parcel drop off and I am happy with this service. Regarding customer service, they could definitely improve on that.

Just brought this swiss roll from best one and it came out looking green and moldy on the sides. After this I wouldn't recommend anyone buying stuff from they're if your going to have products that are out of date like this. Absolutely horrible and disgusting.
