Absolutely shocking service. Went to get a Next delivery at this petrol station. They tried to take my wife's bank card round the back and refused to give the parcel unless they did so. I asked for the guy's name if he was to take the card out of my sight but he stated shouting at me and told me to f*** off when I asked to speak to the manager and also for their head office number. I will not visit this place again.

Lying and refused my parcel by pretending the service was closed. Lazy. Avoid.

Older guy with a moustache has a serious attitude problem. Should not be in business. Has clearly received zero training from spar or is not following procedures.

Left my wallet there, was never returned, the Indian guy with the mustache is so rudeee. I asked him if he had it. He said no then proceeded to pull it out of his pocket and tried to tell me that it was his. All my stuff was in there, if I could give lower I would.

They stole my parcel! Indian guy with a moustache, He said they didn't recieve my parcel when Hermes said its been delivered. The guy had a guilty look on his face & then tried to turn it on me by saying is it even my parcel, Didn't want to return by driving licence until I start to raise my voice. Never get your items deliverd to them!

Never get your parcels delivered here.... Will strangely go missing or become untrackable even tho courier says delivered.

Packageless service for Hermes is not working here.
