This is a Collect+ drop off location. They took delivery of a parcel I sent 8 days ago! Have forgotten to book it into the system so the person I sent it to never got a pick up pass. Myself, Collect+ and eBay have all been trying to contact the store for support, but they cannot be bothered to answer the phone. I would not trust these with any Collect+ parcels as they clearly do not care about other people's items. If you had picked up the phone we could have resolved this today however we are all waiting.

If i can give no stars, I would.
None of the staff here are wearing any masks and refuse to wear them when asked to do so for the safety of their customers. This is outrageous when 1. it's the law and 2. cases in the UK are increasing day by day and people dying. Not only that but they even had the audacity to say that it's not their fault that people are dying due to the pandemic when in fact, this level of selfishness and lack of urgency is the ultimate root of the problem we're facing. When you're a shop owner, dealing with multiple customers from different places and touching things they have touched, wouldn't you want to take precaution for not only your customers but for yourself as well and your own family? Absolutely ludicrous and disgusting.

Tried returning an Amazon item with their stated Hermes No-Label & No-Packaging service. Printed label in-store no problem. The chap there INSISTED that he WOULD NOT take the item without packaging....after much arguing, I just left it there for him to sort along with the printed returns label. Chatted with Amazon Customer Services immediately when I got home and the item was sorted. Really rude and unhelpful man. You need to sort it!! Amazon will be chasing this up.

Very disappointed, accused of stealing a Costa Coffee. How utterly appalling and racist.

I don’t understand why you refuse to redeem genuine energy vouchers, while lying that your till is broken.. and ‘maybe’ it would be fixed next week. People are cold out there ! Take the PayPoint sign off your storage and don’t mislead people that you cooperate with PayPoint.

Great customer service, very friendly and are helpful. Perfect for a little shop or dropping off your parcels!

Good local store. Has the household essentials.
