I only scored this shop one as there was no lower stars to do it. Worker in the shop is extremely rude. Please do not use this for your Hermes drop-off as if there are any problems with your parcel and your online company forward further items using a courier for expediting purposes, this man will not receive the parcel. He has declined parcels twice from Misguided’s courier, and does not apologize for it. Very very bad customer care. I will NEVER use this shop again. Customer service is below zero, no joke!

Awful experience at this shop when dropping off a parcel. The owner yelled at me and became abusive when I politely asked for a receipt. The previous time I sent parcels from this shop they went missing, hence me wanting proof of postage.
He refused to give me a receipt as he said he had so many parcels he couldn't be expected to give receipts out?? When I again (politely) said I really did need one he continued to scream, threw my parcel at me and told me to get out of the shop. I will be reporting him to Hermes.

Nice and easy, can go print my Hermes label and stick on, and get my reference return with no hassle.

Sometimes closes early but that to be excepted with any corner shop if a quiet day.

Decent selection of snacks and drinks for its location.

Worker in the shop is extremely rude and nor complying working hours. Though the store closing time is 22:00, the person closed when I reached the place at 21:43 to drop a parcel. Though I knocked the shutter a couple of time he didn't open with two CC cameras installed and me requesting him to open the shutter door. The display in the front side still says 'open'.

Went there for an Amazon return, but the owner didn't have any package available for the return. I was a bit disappointed, but in the end managed to have him accept the return (I actually had the Amazon package with me).

As I am very old and not used to using this return service I was concerned that it would all go wrong butI needn’t have worried, the gentleman in the shop did everything for me and I heard today that my return parcel had been delivered and all was well. I would recommend this store for Hermes pick up.

Other reviews on sending a Hermes package put me off from posting through here, but I had to. I'd never posted a Hermes package and needed to print the label too, and the man working there was very helpful, even came around to show me the machine and help me to scan the label.

It says you're open at 10. I arrived at 9:30. I tried calling and I could see through that shutter that someone was in. They ignored my call. They then later answered, after calling 3-4 times, and said "we close at 9:30 or 9 on a Sunday if its not busy". If that's the case, update the times. Its not that difficult

I will also add that they only answered when they eventually turned off the lights. If there was another place I could drop off parcels I 100% would
