Horrible customer service I was kept waiting and I was 1st in line I was sick and had a funny turn and almost blacked out and I told them this and I wasn't aloud to rest I just lectured about how they do not take parcels even though there are Hermes pick up and I had a Hermes parcel

My bus didn't come, correction my bus didn't come yet again, thanks metro-sus. So I needed a place to go for 50 minutes.

Thank the higher powers that gift us the glory of this wonderful place. It was open at 6am. Even on Sunday. And I'll tell you, oh yes I will, it was filled with the wonders that I never dreamed possible.

I had to leave save for spending all my earnings from the nights business on all the joys I could find.

I might have to start doing me weekly big shop there, it's just that good.

What a rude ****! First and last visit.

They always follow you around the making you feel a little intimidated thinking you're going steal from them

Rude service regarding Collect + service. They only do Hermes delivery despite collect + sending people here. They handled it very bad, blaming the people coming to their store by accident instead of sorting out the root cause.

Also tried to top up electricity and gas and they rudely just dismissed me saying cash only.
