Shop owner has a terrible attitude, I questioned her as no UBD on bread rolls, she said they were fresh each day, so I replied "so there's no way they could be yesterday's stock?" She stated " if you don't like it, you can always go somewhere else!" Which of course I did, we had an exchange of words ending up with her saying "its all about trust", I really dont have any trust in them when they also had brioche rolls, amongst stock - not reduced- that were out of date 5 days ago and they have now lost the business of my family.

I find the staff and owners very polite and helpful. They are always willing to pass the time of day with you. Great family run business.

I tried to drop off two tyres for UPS pickup. Woman behind the counter refused to take them by informing me and I quote “ UPS won’t take them because they are two heavy, they are two big and they won’t take them” I told her I have a UPS account and have a label also, she still refused. She then picked up her UPS scanner and tapped the screen saying “oh it’s broken anyway” I contacted UPS who were shocked and apologetic to me. They informed me they are now investigating. I then dropped off at the Warsaw Supermarket 95 Occupation road who were fantastic.

My experience has caused me mental health.
The lady that works this shop has made my experience a living hell.
Ordering me to return food to the shelf and stand back of que.
Embarrassed me infront of costumers.
Oh and assaulted me too.
By looks of things I'm not the only one and something needs to be done about this place

This shop is UPS drop off point.
Lady at the counter not very helpful.
She refused to give the confirmation for parcel that I wanted to drop off. A parcel worth more than £100.

Absolutely terrible experience, tried to cash a £5 lottery ticket, and was told I could not cash it in because I hadn't bought it from there store, then tried to put the lottery on,for the week £12 ,using my bank debt card ,she printed the tickets off,and when I presented my bank card, she said cash only for the lottery, NEVER GOING TO THIS STORE AGAIN, STAY AWAY FROM, PREMIER PYCHELY COURT, I would definitely give them a minus 5, but sadly the review status doesn't go into minus
