They usually provide good service but their time keeping is poor. They never open on time in mornings.

Awesome place, very well stocked, nice and clean with friendly helpful staff. Good value happy shopper products, including fresh and frozen foods.

Thanks for not being open at 07:10am this morning, I had loads of parcels to send back to Next and I left early to come to you only to find you were closed! Please don't say you are open at 07:00am if you can't honour it !!!!

Point blank refused to take my amazon return despite being boxed and despite not needing packaging.
Totally rude at the same time.

Me and my friend went in to get some snacks and were kicked out for no reason. Just the fact we were looking around the shop for what we wanted. Do not go. Guy who runs it is really Rude

Came to drop off a parcel before 10pm. It's 21:25 and it's closed. Everything online says it's opened. I'm quite upset as I needed this parcel to arrive next day.

Sometimes friendly but annoying when they speak a different language to each other and do not stock everything

Fantastic service from the whole staff of this store, always friendly, willing to talk, help out when they can.
