Very rude! I tried to ring them and the person who answered the phone was abrupt and rude and hung the phone up. I most certainly won’t be going there!

Sadly disappointed after leaving the shop. First time visiting and was so excited they had Pumpkin. When I went to grab the pumpkin there was a gooey jelly, stick substance on one of the others which touched my hand. Whether psychological or not whilst looking for other stuff my hand started itching so I asked the young assistant for something to wipe my hand, showing him what it was.. they sad they had nothing other than a dry tissue. I asked if they had any alcohol gel or anything( given the times we face) they said they had nothing. I mentioned they had a shop full of products, hand wipes, anything? Nothing!!
Arguing with me even though they pointed out they had fridge problems. They said the boss wasnt there so they really couldnt take anything off the shelve. I asked the young assistant if he knew about coshh, h&s and he said he learned it at school but forgot what it means. They said I should've just been happy to get the tissue because most shops wouldnt give you a tissue. If it means I have to travel 30 miles to Birmingham to get my goods. I will happily do so to avoid any further disputes. I only wished I took a picture and recorded the whole thing! I do hope it sparks the attention from the environmental health team. All for the sake of a wipe or to go deeper lack of quality control! Appalling!
