Purports to be a DPD Pickup Point, but very unhelpful. Could not even give me the phone number of DPD itself in order to expedite my delivery. They had the opportunity to impress and deal with my problem in a professional manner, but instead they have brought upon themselves a bad review on social media. Can't comment on the shop itself, but avoid using their parcel service.
