One Stop

Not a bad shop not tidy staff ok only thing is not keeping the Fridge stocked up with beer lots on the warm shelf but not in the fridgeHave to go 1 mile to get cold beer.2017 had a walk down to get something said on website close at 11 got down there at 10.30 and you got it fu king closed

I try to avoid when possible. Staff are so rude. Often early morning/ late at night they wedge a piece of wood in the door to stop people coming in. Obviously having multiple breaks rather than doing their jobs.
Stock rotation is poor.
The list is endless.. the Tesco garage round the corner is much nicer.

Rude staff. No service skills, no “hello” at the checkouts, no smile, no eye contact, no goodbye, no “thank you”. All they do is tell you the total price and that’s it. They might as well put up self service checkouts and sack the staff, we’d get a better experience. The staff talk to each other when they should be serving you and act like you’re not there. If you ask for help they act like you’re an inconvenience.

They don’t open their doors on time in the morning and end up leaving you waiting in the cold, at which point you don’t have time to buy from them and have to rush off to work.

They’ll blatantly walk past a huge queue and not open another checkout and continue working stock.

I’d much rather drive a longer distance and buy from elsewhere than give my money to this dreadfully run shop.

Got a parcel delivered here with a text at 12.59 saying ready to collect, arrive at 13.10 to be told post office closed at 13.00 usless most unhelpful staff you could meet not seeing the stupidity of the situation with their "computer says no" attitude refused to give me my parcel 😂😂😂

Staff had given me and my sister the wrong change, we proceeded to go back and she was rude and mentioned that "I walked out" eventhough I didn't know she had given me the wrong change in the first place, which she didn't listen too and told me to just leave the shop, she also didn't ask me for a receipt, if so I would have had evidence, I'm very disappointed

Staff are friendly and it's a handy little store as well as a post office and news agency it also is a little shop milk bread and other foods and products

Could get everything I needed. Bigger shop than I thought

Very local great shop and prices are good
