I would avoid like the plague if I could
This is a clear example of how coop has no respect for people living in certain areas. I can assure you that I've been to multiple coops in west London and none had such a poor hygiene.

The employees, although nice and approachable have no idea or don't care about how their store looks. They leave the products they are going to use to restock on the floor and once they finish, boxes and leftover are left where the fell. Shoppers regularly have to move around crates as the employees just bring them to the store floor over 3 hours before closing.

Their email and social media team are very attentive, but very little is done.

They also contribute to the overall bad upkeep of the surrounding area, as they leave crates with paper outdoors encouraging fly tipping and vandalism. See photos

I am local to this store. The staff is oblivious to customer presence and most of them are not trained to provide basic customer service. The availability is most of the time not acceptable. It's poorer than poor. The prices are quite high considering the fact that most of the product don't look appealing. The store needs to be more organized with someone who could lead as an example. Most of the staff need to be taught how to prioritize. Security guard is ok and looks after the store. Such a shame as it used to be okay, but now it's just disorganized. On top of that the corner by entrance leaks, is that toilet? And I suspect that you struggle with pests as the smell from the room on the left as one walks inside the store says it all.

Always "forgetting" to put all the items in the bags for deliveries and they charge you fully... Been ordering for a very long time and it's constantly the same.. Sometimes they even send very questionable food items (for the bin)..... I started ordering from Iceland instead and all the deliveries are perfect.

Thanks to the girl with glasses who was in charge of the shift; possibly her name was Zeal. She served me and was incredibly kind and approachable to serve someone like me who is mute and in desperate need of electricity at the store's closing time. You are an angel, and God bless you.

Very nice experience shopping first time in the UK. Very helpful and nice staff.
More like a small convenience/grocery store.

Queued up to print my label for my return , then I was walking over the till to drop it off while a staff member’s attitude was quite rude towards me, he kept yelling no returns, no returns, which I understand however the attitude was not needed.

1. Out of date food always stocked on shelves.
2. Delivery is the worst I’ve ever experienced anywhere.
3. They never have fully stocked shelves. Essential items always unavailable.
4. When using the delivery service, if an item is not available (which has happened every-time) they don’t give substitutes even though they state they do on the app.
Canning Town CO-OP needs auditing.

Horrendous customer service experience every time I try to drop off or pick up evri parcels, it takes 15-20 mins as they can never find them or they just let people skip the queue to drop of their parcels ahead of me after I’ve been waiting. Would recommend finding any alternative for parcel drop off or pick up!
