Co-op Food - Leamington Spa

I go into the co op every morning as I work just opposite and Diane is very hostile towards me and makes me feel like I shouldn't be shopping at the Co Op unless I have a membership card! I've never been served by a customer service assistant whose made me feel like I need to go in and out the shop as quick as I can just to avoid her!

The choice of stock is impressive for a small store, and the staff are polite and helpful,but it's the overall look and layout of the store that could do with a bit of tweaking, it doesn't exactly invite you in, nor does the exterior.

Coop is a local store where you can really find everything we need in our lives and even more than we could imagine at the best quality and the staff it’s very kindly ☺️

There's lots of stuff crammed into a small space.
The produce is fresh and there's a good selection and there's signs of very good practice as you may well find food priced down to clear in a very proactive way.
The staff are helpful and polite and there's a carpark next to it so super convenient for a quick visit.

Iam so angry and feel so intimidated.
Shopping regular at this store, probably in a daily basis on way home fom work.
I was followed around the store by manager or maybe security guard.
He even stopped to watch me at the end of the isle !!
This has happend in the past.
Paying a premium for the convenience a its on my way home to have this happen......
I will be taking this further as this is totaly not on !!

Good sized Co-op supermarket with parking for upto one hour. Great selection of fresh produce and always plenty of offers.

Friendly store. Always has delicious bread and fresh veg. Convenient for collection of John Lewis deliveries too.

The manager was first class,he instructed the customer's that where not following the covid safety rules to oblige to the rules of the shop
