They refused to accept a parcel every now and then without any reason. Staff is unfriendly, they don’t look into your face, they are constantly on their phone, not saying hello or bye even if you wish them a good day. I think they should check this shop. You should be nice and friendly to your customer as we are paying for your stuff.....

They refused to take my parcel - it was up to 20kg (allowed by DPD drop off) dimensions 45x50x30 - completely acceptable for drop off with DPD.
Avoid. Will complain at DPD directly

That little boy got really bad attitude. I was nearly punch him and broke his face.
