The guys serving here always seem a little grumpy, but I like the way that they stock things that Tesco do not have. Plenty of interesting junk food/drinks/treats too. Additionally, it does not suffer from the hygiene problem that we have in the local Tesco.

Good selection, great price. Staff aren't exactly friendly but are quick and efficient. Very handy shop if attending a convention at the ExCel centre and don't want to pay the ridiculous prices for food inside the centre

There's a reasonable selection of food, snacks and drinks which was all I was really after having been wandering around the Royal Docks for the best part of a morning. The prices are reasonable especially around such a touristy and convention area area. The staff are efficient, but really need to be a more friendly. A smile would not go amiss

Unhappy experience for sharing: bought £1.25 soft drink with three coins put onto t as table - one pound and 20/5 pence/each - by 7/11 night, but clerk claimed I put 20 and 5 pence only. Clerk used finger to "move" one pound coin away from the table and then asked me to give one more pound. Please be noted.

Good selection of products, however, I can see other people saying that this shop is trying to cheat and that is 100% true. The same thing happened to me when they tried to add more products to my bill but of course I realised that they want me to pay more than I supposed to pay. They were apologising for a mistake but it is obvious now that it was done on purpose. Also, the price tag on the shelves is one and when you come to pay price is another. I have argued many times.

Good collection of products. Be very careful while billing, they do not clear the terminal before adding items and try to slide an extra 2- 3 products to the bill. Happened 4 times this month alone, so definitely not a honest mistake.

One of the tellers is constantly trying to rip off customers. If you pay cash they will charge more or give the wrong change. If you pay with card they will charge items from the previous order. Literally trying to steal money from every single customer. Shameless.
