since the reopening most of the food I have gotten has been mouldy. they’re not storing anything correctly as I have seen mould on fruit on the store shelves. Today i opened this trifle and as I removed the lid it popped in my face from the gone off cream stored inside. Considering the expiration date on the lid this should not be a problem. If you buy from here I recommend you check what you’re buying thoroughly first as this can cause serious health issues! This problem is getting out of hand.

I went to the subway within Nisa and the person serving our subway, Krishna, was one of the sweetest people I had ever come across. She was super helpful and served me and my friend with a smile. I will definitely be coming back to this subway because of the way she treated us.

Your off-the-shelf sandwiches, rolls, wraps and baguettes are far too expensive, poor quality and they are very dry. I suspect that a lot of them go to waste.

Your weekday opening hours are incorrect online (6am stated, 6.30 actual).

Also I had a very bizarre experience today when I popped in just to use the cashpoint machine. I was called out by a member of staff in front of other customers. He said that I had to pick up and use a shopping basket whenever I entered the store even though I was not actually doing any shopping. I had to explain to this to him and highlight that I only called in to use the cashpoint machine which for some unknown reason has now been moved to the rear of the store. A very strange experience that made me feel quite uncomfortable.

The staff are all so polite and lovely however the prices are just ridiculous. Every time I consistently buy something - within a few days, they raise the price. I tested this a few times with different products and it happens every single time. They definitely check stock levels to see what sells and then they raise the price. Please stop doing this - I’m going to start shopping further afield!

It’s a nice place, very convenient for the position, (really close to place where I live), but tbh, you can find almost everything, for the size of the store it’s really great, but again the downside is the price, as everything is overpriced. When it comes to staff…. well, that’s not my first review and as I can say they deleted my last. Before it was like a funeral place, all stuff unhappy with glumly faces, and horrible attitudes, all staff but one Anya. That lady was an is still, the hub of positive vibe and life happiness. Always welcoming with a smile on her face and ask you how are you feeling, and always always wishing you something good when you’re about to leave the store. I will definitely give to store a 5 star just for that employee, still taking in account the prices and rest of the staff it’s only 4 stars. Wish employer make something special to make all the staff feel like Anya, smiling and taking care of customers. Hope she’ll get a bonus or maybe promotion to be the manager in that store as she is number 1 employee in that store. Hope this review will not be deleted.

The store is NEVER open on time.

People there are so slow and they look at you to let you know they will not Increase their pace. Literally took 5 minutes for the cashier to scan 3 items and to give me a bag, the store was empty... It was like he was on the heaviest sedatives and was literally in slow motion.

Shelves always empty, prices double of what you can find in near by stores. Items prices not what labeled...
Literal leakage, instead of fixing it they put two buckets on the floor, with no warning sign. The only people who accept this is the ones living around the area. This place is horrible. Why are you opening at 11 am when every other nisa is IN THE WHOLE OF LONDON is back to normal times?
