I came in to return a Hermès parcel and the member of staff who helped me was very rude. He snatched my phone without my permission during a pandemic to scan the code, he also didn’t think to tell me I could go to the counter to stick on the label so I had to awkwardly do so on the floor. I find the staff here insanely ill mannered. Best-one or Worst-one?

And yes if there was zero star, I will give zero.

I came in the store to return my hermes parcel. He asked me to scan and print the label myself. He didn't direct and gave his instructions clearly and even cursed under his breath in his own language!

Finally after scanning my label, he 'tossed' or should I be nice and say he dropped my box accidentally on to the ground.

More like Rudest-One. No customer service skills, no acknowledgement. Hope Hermes finds a better ParcelShop to partner with.

When I bought something from this store the till clerk was very polite. As I paid one of the workers said "is that all you are buying?". The man who said it shook his head whilst looking at me on the way out. Thanks.

Helpful and friendly staff. I always come here to return my mountain of Amazon packages and have even taken to posting packages via the Hermes ParcelShop service as you can print off any labels as needed. The local Post Office opening hours are not the most user-friendly and have been very unreliable during COVID. As I come to Best One so frequently, I normally just help myself out to the system but can understand that if you're new to the store, it may be a little confusing. It's a little awkward if you have lots of packages (as I often do) as surface space is limited. However, I'd rather do it myself than have a member of staff wait on me as they obviously have other customers to serve. Managed to find instant dried yeast here as well during the first lockdown, which was a massive bonus!

Don’t bother going here to send anything via hermes if you have anything larger than a tiny package, they don’t accept anything of a even a medium or larger size - what’s the point of even being a parcelshop if you’re going to direct people to another parcelshop that’s miles away

I went to return a parcel and a Middle Eastern man was very rough and rude, he wasn’t normal, it’s like he hates people for some reason. I won’t go again there. He is a misogynist.
