I can feed my fish,hamsters and cat at reasonable price and get some wine or beer too perfect shop!!

The worst shopping experience ever. No care for the animals. Rude staff. Shop was disgusting. Avoid at all costs or be bitterly disappointed!!

First time ever stepping foot inside this shop, and will never use this shop again!!
Guy behind the counter very rude and unhelpful.
I went in to collect a parcel tonight, I went to the counter to ask for my parcel the guy just grunted and pointed towards the back of the shop, thinking there was another counter at the other end of the shop I walked down to find all the parcels on the floor in the middle of the shop.
I selected my parcel and took it to the counter so that the guy behind the counter could scan it, I use another shop constantly to collect parcels, they scan the parcel and then check my driving license to match the details.
The guy asked me for a bar code, I don’t have one, I received a message on my phone earlier in the day to say my parcel had been delivered to this shop please go to the shop to collect, no bar code in sight!!!!
So Mr shop keeper, you can leave parcels all over the floor in the middle of the shop for anyone to pick up and walk off with but you can’t let me have my parcel when I have my driving license and bank cards matching the name on the parcel!!!
Ridiculous!!!!!!

Friendly run store, they stock every essential your likely to need from a store. Staffs are very polite

Got accused of owing money when it wasn’t even me publicly embarrassed me service is very rude and should have their facts right before accusing innocent customers

Friendly staff, all the beers and wine price are very cheaper than other stores.
