Brand new with excellent staff! Convenient location for a lot of people from Evington!

Useful location and has some reasonable deals for quick visits (especially milk and bread). Staff are usually quite friendly and helpful. Also, on the plus side Co-op's Salt and Chardonnay Vinegar crisps are AMAZING (and frequently on offer for a quid).

On the down side it is a bit limited in variety (fruit and veg) and quite pricey on non-essentials (frozen foods and toiletries).

Didn't let me know it was card only because apparently the tills weren't working, wouldn't have taken much brain power to think we'll say to customers or put a sign as you walk in, staff always seem pretty useless and some are a bit rude as well. They're also clueless when you ask about the £5 deal.

Need more people on till as people need to buy cigarette, put on the lotto, pay for bills and people are starting to use cash more then cards and a outside Atm as the one instore is out of order (if they wanted could charge a small fee for a outdoor one hole in the wall)

This place no longer sells cheaper own brand butter due to lack of room but it does have room for 2 expensive brands.
Same with farmhouse bread.
Not great when people are trying to make ends meet.
Now, they also don't sell kidney beans which I would have thought was a basic thing, but apparently not.

Things have gotten a lot worse. Staff patronising when I ask for assistance. Shop very disorganized, trolleys and baskets left in aisles for restocking. I bought an apple pie today that was liquid in middle despite being in date. Also, I have been diddled out of my rewards on two separate visits and when I asked for assistance they did not listen. Had to explain several times and they still got it wrong and then blamed me for their mistakes! Very upset on my last visit by the way they spoke to me. Has the manager changed?? It was good before. I won't be going back unless I absolutely have to - You can see my review from a year ago below:-

Nice staff. Good range of fruit and veg for a local shop It was very poorly laid out for access in a wheelchair or mobility scooter. Especially when trying to leave from checkout to door - but It has improved now. It is still tricky around the door area but it looks like they are limited with what can be done. It is better than some other small local supermarkets I have tried and given up on so I keep coming back.

Very limited parking wouldn’t recommend going at peak times but a good selection of items. Slight overkill with the guidelines, spent over 20 minutes queueing once to get in. Staff seem friendly enough and respectable. Would recommend as a good local shop for essentials.
