Turned up a little early in the morning and the man with the shaven head was getting ready to open.

I was stood outside with another gentleman and he opened up door to him to sell tobacco and shut the door on me who only wanted a pint of milk

I would not mind if we all have to wait till official opening time.

Very rude memeber of staff.

Should not be working in retail if you have no manners.

He has always been rude - i had been going to the shop the whole time Mr Shah owned it.

Not sure why this guy is so rude.

The other members of staff are a delight on the other hand.

Perhaps he is jot a morning person or just does not like me

The staff in here are friendly, and go out of their way to help (especially in recent times). Very rarely, special offers don't show when ringed up at the till, and they solve the problem there and then, without any issue. They are a great asset to have locally.

This man has overcharged me several times...even short changing me....£10 once
I wont go in here ever again I'd rather lick a corana victims mouth then let this man scam me again.
In such troubling times bad deeds and untrustworthy behaviour is just disgraceful

Always check your change, me and my girlfriend have both been short-changed at different times. They always scan things twice so check your receipt.

Good local store, hreat selection and service

Says they are UPS access point but refuse to take any parcels or let you collect parcels. Every week machine is broken or their colleague that does UPS is not here. Always come back next week.
Also very rude on top! Don’t offer the service if you don’t intend to do the work.

Aggressive i went in to collect my Zara delivery. The man started shouting and demanding ID, QR code . After a while another man appeared asked me my name and returned with my parcel. Maybe the shouting man was having a bad day, i won't be returning to compare experiences
