Normally Don't have a problem in here the times I've been in but to be Shooed out the way as there was another Customer wanting to help served,just say excuse me please

Ride staff, refusing to do certain services (pay point, parcels, lotto) based on mood/time/ staff laziness. Why advertise opening times if you can't be bothered to offer the listed services and cause potential customers to waste a trip

I go here almost everyday because of the reasonable prices, polite staff and wonderful products defiantly five stars.
