Good shop but it lost stars when I caught the staff not wearing any gloves, I will not be shopping here in the future and I will be emailing the store on my return home.

This is by far the worst shop I've ever been too, it really is, ive never seen a shop that is consistently out of stock of near enough every type of cold soft drinks imaginable. I'm so lucky I drive as I have to travel up to mill end which would otherwise be a 30min walk.
It's a disgrace

Woah.. what a crummy store.. stock levels always low.. fridges bare.. lazy rude staff.. manager never seems to be able to get her/himself out of bed on the weekends.. electric key/card topup never seems to be working.. post office always close sue to "staff shortages".. this place have nothing going for it.. should be shut down and staff fired.. our only local store ik the area and said store has no stock.. how embarrassing.. avoid..

Went today to find a sign say back in 5 mins, over half an hour later they opened and when I went in they had no bread or milk, now I have a 2 hours round trip on the bus to get essential items.

They shop is frequently closed, alway running low on stock and short staffed.

If you can avoid it do. If like me you don't drive then good luck getting what you want

I no longer use this shop as the staff are extremely rude and quite dismissive. I personally witnessed them mocking an employee in there shop who clearly had some special needs and the way were talking to him was disgusting. I do not like this shop as I feel the staff here are very unfriendly and as such I now go into millend to use the shops there. I just feel sorry for those who cannot due to not driving. It needs a complete overhaul of staff and management before I'd consider using this shop again

A sad, dilapidated, broken, under funded, under staffed and under stocked sorry state of a convenience store. Broken fridges that are never repaired, empty shelves, ceiling stains, early and unpredictable closures. If it didn't sell alcohol I'd drive somewhere else. Come on morrisons... put your hands in your pockets and sort this place out

Only local shop in Maple Cross, and I really do not want to shop here. Last time I visited, I did not want to spend any time at all browsing, as none of the other customers had a mask on. Even though it has been a legal requirement since Monday. Not the fault of the owners or staff, but I guess I will now have to have all my shopping delivered. #masklessselfish
