I use this shop for My orders to be collected or either to be returned . Whenever I go to , the lady is very polite and helpful .helps me to print the labels if I need to . Chats away 🙂 and to be honest I’m grateful for loco.,delivering this service as I would have to go quite a way somewhere else . But I don’t want to as it serves me very well en route to walk my dog .

Without a doubt the worst shop in sunbury and its surrounding areas.

The owners are some of the rudest people I've ever met in my entire life and the prices are so insanely high that its no wonder all the local school children steal from there because there is no way they could afford to buy anything.

Purley just scummy people. I really hope this places goes put of business so something good can take over the shop front.

!THIS SHOP SCAMS! The worst corner shop I’ve ever been to, I got 3 pounds worth of stuff and the lady said my card declined and i it has never been declined before, soon I looked at my account and it said 3 pound spent, do not go here you will get scammed!

God, avoid this place like the plague. Offers parcel services but doesn't fulfill them. Overpriced out-of-date goods. And the woman was one of the rudest people I've ever met in my life. Tried to post a parcel and out of nowhere got completely interrogated about my character and belittled?? Woman started telling me I wasn't a local and I didn't care about her?? Like mate I'm just trying to post a parcel here, it says I can do that in your window... Pure weirdo. Anyway, don't use this shop, there's plenty of other nice shops around Sunbury

A family member went in to collect a parcel under her name that was ready to collect, the lady in there was so rude and said it wasn’t the correct name and refused to give the parcel eventually the name was right but the lady still refused to give the parcel and swore at her and threw it at her whilst discriminating the fact she was white and saying she was rude because she was white I am appalled at such behaviour from someone who works in customer service and will never go there again. Disgusting 😡

This shop should be closed down taking money off school children and over charging for out of date goods the rudeness of the women is shocking

Average of 2 stars on Google, says it all. I have never seen someone as rude as the people that run this shop. Prices are incredibly high but the way they'll treat their customers is absolutely horrendous! I think it doesn't bother them the slightest that they're offering no customer service and giving everyone a horrible experience.

It's a shame because they're the closest shop to me but I honestly would rather drive an extra 4 minutes and go somewhere that cares about their customers.
