Tried fuelling my motorcycle, no fuel supplied, finally saw the person on the till doing a "helmet removal" gesture. I looked at all the information and warning signs around the pump, no information on requiring helmet removal. When I asked inside I was told "it's to discharge static electricity, that's what my manager says", no explanation on lack of signage when I enquired. I later called to ask about the policy, was told a different story this time, "it's to prove your age, if you've a problem call the customer complaints number" by Gillian, was refused the name or contact details of the store manager. I've googled static issues at fuel stations, basically nonsense. Don't patronise your customers co-op, just as I won't be patronising any of your stores in future. If I could zero stars I would.

This garage charges £34.99p. for a 7kg. butane gas bottles. Wigleys charge £27.49p. for the same bottle. Why such a big difference in price for a standard product?

Always well stocked, and handy for quick visits, especially if your buying fuel, at the only petrol station in Bewdley, I may add!
