I went to this store to collect a parcel and the man was chatting on the phone outside of the shop. He then came back in and said he can’t give me my parcel because it’s hasnt arrived I’ve got the wrong store then he changed his answer to the system is not working. He told me to go and come back while still on the phone and walked back outside to have a chat to someone. He came back in being rude to me and refusing to let me have my parcel. Telling me I need to speak to him better to get the parcel. I told him he has no customer service skills and he refused to give me my parcel. Making me stand outside in the rain while. He wanted to take a picture of my personal ID. Which I don’t think is acceptable. I will never come back to this store again if the customer service is going to be like this. Very rude and disrespectful to women. He needs to be reported for his behaviour. He shouldn’t be working at the front counter. I finally got my parcel after attempting 30 minutes later telling I need to come back correct before he gives it to me. If his customer service wasn’t bad in the first place making me wait in the store I wouldn’t need to be angry. Poor service not recommended. I will try another store. Must better service on lee high road. He also said to me why am I delivering a parcel here when I don’t live round here. I didn’t think there was rules to where you deliver parcels.
