One Stop

Prices are decent but not great. They simetimes have things on offer or deals.

Also, very convenient for the university students.

However, they seem to always be low on certain things like fresh fruit and veg and their freezer for ready meals is only full OCCASIONALLY.

This is a good shop when they have got all the stock & the Price labels are right. Most of the staff are really friendly,But the only problem I have & One Stop Head Office/Tesco are really bad as the fridges in this store keep breaking & they fix them & 2 days later they break again. The drink fridge was broken for over 3 months & all Head office kept on saying is we will chase it up. I was also shocked to see the amount of rubbish behind the freezers when they were fixing them & it's not like the staff cant see the rubbish as I pointed it out over a year ago about the rubbish behind the freezers where some staff have chucked empty boxes behind there. It's all been cleaned now,But it should never be like that & at times I have gone in there & the smell has been that bad I just want to walk out as smells like sewage sometimes. Over the last couple of weeks it hasn't been that bad. They do have some great offers on at times & if stock not on shelf then staff have been very helpful & had look out the back for me. I would of gave 5 stars if worth it but at moment I was wondering whether to score below 3 stars but like I said staff are nice & friendly with me and helpful. It's just a shame the fridges keep breaking & the very unpleasant smell in there at times. You can be waiting long to get served at busy times aswell & i have stood & waited 10mins before to get served & at times I've walked out over the length of time to get served...

Highly offended got stopped from buying a energy drink didn’t have challenged 25 on the fridge where they were . The staff didn’t even let me take a Ribena

Never have the drinks you wanted and stop selling fosty Jacks. Staff can be rude but has a good quality of food.

Staff are rude and moody every single time without fail.

Horrible staff with disgusting attitude, no help at all and when you go to collect your Hermes parcels they have an attitude about it and take 20 mins to go get your parcel from the back, a lot of the staff I’ve seen talking on their phones whilst working and completely ignore you. Aside from that the shop has a wide variety of items and is mostly well stocked…

Friendly staff. But run down . Ok prices

It's a nice shop with things such as hermes drop off and collect, tango ice blast and Costa. It has a great range of soft drinks but a very small child section. Problem I have is always long wait to collect hermes Parcels.
