Won't be using this post office again. The woman with brown long hair slightly frizzy. Has such an attitude problem, would even try put the large letter package through the slot and charged me for small parcel. When I challenged her on why she wouldn't even try she was rude and wouldn't serve me so had to complain to the manager about her and her horrendous attitude.

The lady with the brown frizzy ponytail and glasses needs to learn some people skills. She is very, very rude to customers. I call in at the spar on my way to and from work and have spent alot of money in here over the past 20 years. I called in this morning and this woman served me and was extremely rude and to be honest she has a horrible attitude. I have witnessed her be rude to customers before on a number of occasions also. Quite simple if you dont want my money, which I work hard to earn, I will take it else where. There is an old saying in that the customer is always right! You need to train your staff in how to deal with the public in a professional manner.

Robbing overpriced charging 3.00 per bottle of 330m cider henry westons
Last week it was 4 bottles for £7 of same
All other spars are £2 per bottle off same
Most other stores tesco morrisons etc are £2 per 500m bottle
Greed comes to mind

Got my fuel today plus a bit of shopping I needed. Very rude person on the till said 'Next time, pay for your fuel before you do any shopping! ' Apparently they get some kind of warning that someone has left without paying for fuel within so many minutes. He needs a training course on how not to be bloody rude. Will travel to Applegreen in future. Diesel is always cheaper there anyway and the staff more pleasant!

Sells a lot of items but the shop is ruined by unfriendly staff. Older woman on the tills acted as if I was a huge inconvenience when I simply paid for fuel as she served me with a very passive aggressive tone of voice. Not the first time this has happened either.

An absolute masterclass in how not to run a business. At least one in two interactions with the staff there make you feel like an inconvenience. Post office counter unattended at peak time and a ten minute wait because you're 'stocktaking'. Feels like 'your only other option is a trip over the bridge', so therefore they don't need to bother with the absolute basics of customer service.

Went into this shop for the first time yesterday late afternoon, about 8 oclock. The young girl who served me was so polite and friendly, such a refreshing change these days. Lovely shop. Very impressed.

Used this store every day as we were camping nearby, fabulous staff, very helpful, nothing to much trouble, a pleasure to shop there, thank you
