We used the store for food several times during a recent visit in the Ramsgate area. There seems to be a good range of produce available here, especially when compared to other convenience stores and the prices didn't seem unusually high. Queues are sometimes long, but ours was caused by a customer wanting a variety of Lotto tickets, not by a lack of staff. The staff we've had were polite, friendly and helpful. The petrol station side of the business is immensely popular and although there's about 10 pumps it's always a bit of a queue. There's a car wash, ATM and customer toilet available too. I think this is one of those places that's a victim of its own success, and not because it's badly run.

The staff here are rudest people ive ever had thd misfortune to encounter. Id filled the car up and mg wife waited in the car whilst i went to take some money out and pay for the petrol literally a matter of one minute. As i was queing up to pay ome of their littke teenage minions i saw weng out to the car and in effect acussed my wife of not payimg for the petrol despite still bekng next to the pub engine off and the keysxin hwr hand and the fact id taken les than a minute to go from filling the car to being at the pump. This is the most insultjng outrageous behaviuor i have ever encountered. Safe to say aftef using this pwtrol station for 10 years they can kiss goodbye to my custom and ill never shop in coop ever again. They are a bunch of half witted morons who wouldnt kbow what customer service is i am utterly appalled

As a visitor to kent from North East Scotland, and knowing there is a fuel shortage I asked girl in shop where are there any other fuel stations.
I explained where I came from but she didn't believe anything I said,no wonder folk don't want to visit places with people like her.
She needs to learn some manners and treat folk how she would like to be treated.

I arranged for a parcel to be sent there for collection but when I went to pick it up they said it had already been picked up. To cut a long story short, after several calls to the couriers and emails to the supplier I was told it was there. I went back and it was there but the box had been cut open. I won’t be arranging that again.

Good size store selling most things you need. Fuel here is always above the local average.

It's local to me and has most of the stuff I need in the shop. The fuel is more expensive than supermarkets fuel but only by a few pence.

Nice staff, ample stock in shop.
Handy for fuel with hot food premises close by.
